Orders are dispatched from our own packing location — the address below. Message first if you plan to visit, so someone is available to meet you. The service used, the origin of each parcel and the delivery timeframes by destination are set out in the Shipping Policy.
How do I ask about a piece that is not on the site yet?
Message us with a photo or a description. We add new miniature furniture and outfit styles regularly, so it is worth asking even if you cannot see it in the catalog yet.
