Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by LabubuSkin (labubuskin.com), No. 567 Yinxing Road, Lingxi Town, Cangnan County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean LabubuSkin, and "you" means the person visiting the site or placing an order.

By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

What we sell

We sell miniature clothing, furniture, props and accessories sized for collectible plush dolls and dollhouse scenes. These are small decorative items for adult collectors and hobbyists. They are not toys, they are not intended for children under 14, and small parts can present a choking hazard.

Product photographs are of the actual pieces we sell, taken close up. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and every piece is finished by hand, so small variations in paint, stitching and wood grain between one piece and the next are normal rather than a fault. Sizes are given on each product page; check them before ordering, because "miniature" covers a wide range.

Prices

All prices are in USD and exclude shipping and any import charges. Shipping is shown as a separate line before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but the price you were quoted at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

If a price is listed in obvious error — a $40 piece shown at $0.40 — we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, cancel the order and refund you in full rather than quietly shipping it or quietly keeping your money.

How an order forms

Adding an item to a basket is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract forms when we confirm it and take payment. If we cannot fulfil an order — the piece sold out, or we cannot ship to your country — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Where your order is dispatched from

Every order is packed and dispatched by us from Cangnan County, Zhejiang, China, usually within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery after dispatch is 10–20 business days to the United States and Canada on the standard tracked service, or 5–10 business days by express. Because dispatch is not domestic, delivery takes longer than a store shipping from inside your own country, and any import duty or tax is payable by you. Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched by emailing support@labubuskin.com. Once a parcel is in transit the return process applies instead — see Returns & Refunds.

Bundles and discounts

Bundle prices apply to the combination described on the product page. Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Your account and your conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure, and for the information you give us being correct — a wrong delivery address is not something we can fix after dispatch. Please do not misuse the site: no scraping it at volume, no attempting to interfere with it, no using our photographs or product descriptions on your own store.

The text, photographs, layout and code of this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You are welcome to link to any page.

Not affiliated with any character brand

LabubuSkin is an independent accessory store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by POP MART or any other character brand. We sell miniature clothing, furniture and props sized for collectible plush dolls; no official character merchandise is offered. All character names, doll brand names and trademarks mentioned anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners, and are referred to only to describe what a piece fits.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as the value of a display you had planned around a piece.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control — customs holds, carrier strikes, extreme weather or postal disruption. We will keep you informed and will still replace or refund anything confirmed lost.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of China, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law of your own country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page when you order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Orders already placed are governed by the terms that applied when they were placed.
