Privacy Policy
What we collect when you order or message us, why we need it, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
LabubuSkin (labubuskin.com) sells miniature clothing, furniture and props for collectible plush dolls. We are based at No. 567 Yinxing Road, Lingxi Town, Cangnan County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. For anything in this policy, write to support@labubuskin.com.
What we collect
- Details you give us. Your name, email address, delivery address, and — if you choose to give it — a phone number.
- Your order. Which pieces you bought, the options chosen, and the amount paid.
- Messages. Anything you send through the contact form or by email, including any photographs of a piece you send us.
- Payment information. Handled entirely by our payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last few digits and country of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data. The pages you visited and roughly where you connected from, collected in aggregate to see which pieces people look at.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information, and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.
Why we need it
- To take payment and send your order — this is the core of the contract between us.
- To get the parcel to you, which means passing the delivery name and address to a carrier.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, replacements and refunds.
- To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
- To improve the shop — which pieces are looked at, and where people give up.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who else sees it

Every one of these is a processor acting on our instructions, not a business that is free to use your data for its own purposes.
Cookies
We use the minimum needed to run the shop: a session cookie so a basket survives a page change, and privacy-respecting analytics that record page views without building a profile of you across other websites. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop will still work, but a basket may not persist.
How long we keep it
- Order records: kept for the period tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.
- Messages and support threads: kept while the order could still be returned or disputed, then deleted.
- Photographs you send of a damaged piece: kept only as long as needed to settle the claim.
- Analytics: aggregate only, no personal identifiers retained.
Your rights
Wherever you live, we apply the same standard. You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it for tax or legal reasons;
- send you a copy in a portable format;
- stop using it for anything you had previously agreed to.
Email support@labubuskin.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand someone else's order details to a stranger. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority, and in California you have the rights set out in the CCPA — we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.
International transfers
We are based in China and ship worldwide, so your details will be transferred outside your own country — to us, to our carriers, and to our hosting and email providers. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for those transfers, and we only send the minimum each one needs.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payment details go directly to our payment providers and never touch our servers, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to pack and send your parcel.
Children
This shop sells miniature pieces for adult collectors and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be emailed to anyone with an open order.
