Miniature Kitchen Cabinet and Sink Set

A kitchen in three parts: counter, sink and cabinet units, sold as a combination. Building a dollhouse kitchen piece by piece is slow, and the sink is usually the awkward one, so a set that includes the counter run and the sink together saves a lot of hunting. It is designed as the core of a kitchen scene, which means you can add appliances, small props and food items around it rather than starting from an empty room.

Colours and prices: three options are available, and the option photos are labelled. White is $52.99, and the price starts there because that is the cheapest option. Pink and Blue are $64.99 each. The reference price shown for the set is $67.99. Other pieces from the Mini Furniture range are listed at their own prices, so the set can stand alone or be joined by a refrigerator, extra storage or seating as the room grows.

Scale: the set is made to 1:12 dollhouse scale, the scale the rest of this range is built to, so it sits with the other Mini Furniture pieces without a step between them. At that scale the counter height reads correctly, the sink reads clearly in photographs, and the run can be carried along a wall or turned into a galley. Three photographs come with this piece, all labelled, showing the units and the sink area.

Where it sits: this is a Mini Furniture piece in the Mini Props group, and it works as the base of a kitchen that you then fill in. A miniature refrigerator beside the counter completes the run, Display & Storage cabinets hold tiny jars and packets, Mini Plants soften the room with something green on the counter or a windowsill, and a Seasonal piece can turn the same kitchen into a holiday scene. Small props and food-style pieces from the wider Mini Props group sit naturally on the counter, and outfit items in the same range dress the doll to match the scene.

Handling: this set has several parts, so assemble it on the surface where it will live rather than carrying it built. Move individual units by their base, keep the sink area dry, and check that the units sit level against each other before you add props. Dust with a soft dry brush, and lift small items off the counter first.
